Dr. Orup and his staff are dedicated to achieving the best possible result for each patient. You should be aware, though, that orthodontic treatment has limitations and possible risks. Before any patient begins treatment, he or she needs to review and sign this Informed Consent Form outlining the risks and limitations of orthodontic care.
