Hours and Appointments
We reserve after-school hours for shorter appointments. We schedule longer procedures, such as the placement of appliances, in the morning and early afternoon. We are open some Monday holidays and occasionally during school vacation weeks.
We are closed on major holidays, including New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
Cancellations: As a courtesy to other patients, we ask that you notify us 24-48 hours in advance if you cannot keep your appointment. We will do our best to reschedule you promptly.
Contacting Us: Our phone number is 978-369-3690. If our Office Coordinator is busy assisting other patients when you call during office hours, please leave a message and she will call you back as soon as possible.
If you call after hours or on the weekend, our outgoing message will describe what to do in the case of an emergency. If your call is not urgent, leave a message and we will call you as soon as the office reopens.
